T-Boy's Cajun Seasonings

I'd like to tell you a little about myself and my Cajun Seasonings. My name is T-Boy. I own a small meat market and grocery store located in Mamou, Louisiana. We make our own homemade smoked sausage, smoked tasso, cracklins, and boudin. Of course they're made with my special "T-Boy's Cajun Seasonings." The seasonings are a mixture adjusted to the desires of my customers and their input concerning the amount of pepper, salt, etc.

There is a myth about Cajun Seasonings. When someone thinks of Cajun Seasonings, they think-too hot! (peppered). Well, thanks to "T-Boys" you don't have to worry about that anymore and you don't have to be a Cajun to cook with T-Boy's. My Cajun Seasonings are spices (salt, pepper...) that are carefully blended so that you can use them in your everyday cooking. You sprinkle it on your food like you would salt and then you're done! You can find my seasonings mostly in Louisiana and Texas. For those who can't get it in your local store, I've put them on the internet for all to enjoy. In the near future I plan on coming out with a whole line of T-Boy's Cajun Seasonings. So keep checking back to see what I've created next.
